How we deliver
We establish and run institutes for vocational education and capacity building, with industry-oriented certification delivered alongside Government bodies, Sector Skill Councils and the NSDC.
Placement drives, job fairs and apprenticeships connect learners to work, while incubation and mentoring help young founders and women entrepreneurs begin.
We carry out government-funded schemes and CSR projects across education, health, environment and livelihoods for rural and underprivileged communities.
Our institutions
CATRF has taken over Potential Coaching & Career Counselling— Itanagar’s premier institute for JEE (Main + Advanced) and NEET-UG preparation. Its faculty, classrooms and complete course ladder now operate under the Foundation’s public-benefit charter.
